Led a comprehensive refresh of Karbach Brewing’s corporate brand starting from the inside out. Anchored in a newly developed VBBP framework , we redefined the brand’s core creative idea and strategic positioning to reflect its bold personality and evolving craft consumer base.

From there, we crafted a cohesive messaging platform and built a new VBI system that brought clarity, consistency, and energy to every expression of the brand. This included updated logo treatments, typography, color systems, iconography, and design standards to ensure visual and verbal alignment across all consumer and corporate touchpoints.

The result: a revitalized Karbach brand that feels more intentional, distinctive, and connected, from packaging and retail to digital, trade, and internal communications.
