UPOURIA offers premium products made with high quality flavors and ingredients. It allows consumers to be their own barista, giving them the power to create innovative and customizable beverage blends. A comprehensive coffee and tea product line, UPOURIA, offers flavored coffee & tea syrups, shakeable toppings, flavored sauces, cappuccinos, specialty coffee beverages and fresh brewed tea.

 

The inception of UPOURIA dates back to October 2017 and was officially launched for commercialization in March 2018. It was the largest re-brand project in Sunny Sky’s history with 150+ products.

Behind the brand

Not only was UPOURIA the largest re-brand in the company’s history, it was also the fastest. In the 5 short months leading up to the brand launch, my role as Brand Manager was to create an entirely new brand identity from ideation. It started with executing a competitive analysis of the market, determining how product positioning would differ and finding a name. Once the name was determined, everything else would fall in place. I managed our creative partners in the development of all marketing assets from packaging, sales collateral, recipes and the website.

At the end of March 2018, the UPOURIA store launched on Amazon by working with a third party group. In 2019, the e-commerce revenue for the brand more than doubled with the help of strategic marketing efforts.
